The whole milk of Puleva Ecológica comes exclusively from organic farms, where the cows receive a healthy and natural diet from organic farming, enjoy the freedom to graze in open meadows and take care of their health and well-being. In our country, the control and certification of organic production was carried out by a state-level public body, the CRAE (Regulatory Council for Organic Agriculture). In March 1996, the powers were transferred to agencies dependent on the Autonomous Communities. In our case, this certification corresponds to the Regulatory Council of Organic Agriculture of Galicia. There is also an EU organic production logo that serves to complement standard labeling and increase the visibility of this type of food and drink for consumers. It constitutes a complete food thanks to its high nutritional and energy value. Keep in a cool and dry place.
