Vitamin B complex 30 capsules

Vitamin B komplex from Salus is a food supplement based on B vitamins, which participate in a multitude of important metabolic processes in the body and contribute significantly to health and well-being in general. Properties: Vitamins B1, B2, niacin (B3), pantothenic acid (B5), B6, biotin (B7) and B12: contribute to normal energy metabolism. With the exception of pantothenic acid (B5) these help the normal function of the nervous system. Folic acid (B9) also contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. It is recommended for adults and children over 12 years of age: Take 1 capsule a day with some liquid. Adults: In case of greater need, take two capsules daily. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of young children. Store in a dry, cool place (5-25 ºC) and protected from light.
