SUB9 salts are an evolution of Electrolytes Salts, thinking about continued intake during longer exercises. It is a food supplement based on Ginger, Vitamins and Minerals. Indicated for situations of dehydration, accumulation of lactic acid and/or muscle cramps during exercise. As for minerals, the amount of sodium has been increased to 250 mg and magnesium to 18.15 mg, potassium has been reduced to 54.01 mg, seeking a lower proportion than that of the previous salts in capsules. Take 1 to 2 capsules per hour, with at least a glass of water during intake (150ml) for a total of 5 capsules, not to exceed the recommended 200 mg of caffeine per day. Food supplements should not be used as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the expressly recommended daily dose: 8 units.
