New Version: Comes without connector cable. No need to connect a cable. Plug and start—no programming required. ELV refers to a mechanical failure in the steering column lock. This fault occurs independently and is not caused by any other vehicle issue. In case of malfunction, the vehicle will not start—even with a fully functional key—because the ELV steering column lock fails to activate. A replacement ELV steering column lock must be installed and programmed into the vehicle.
