Lactobacillus gasseri, which may help with constipation, allergies, diarrhea and Helicobacter pylori infection. Lactobacillus gasseri also supports the digestion of lactose and nutrient absorption. The supplement contains Bifidobacterium bifidum, which is a type of bacteria that normally live in the stomach and intestines. It may help with certain types of diarrhea, irritable bowel syndrome, Helicobacter pylori, constipation and lung infections. This daily probiotic supplement also contains Bifidobacterium longum, which helps with lactic acid production during the breakdown of sugars.
