The palm dispenser features three angled ramps that efficiently, evenly, and consistently move coffee in a circular motion, creating a uniform coffee cake, no more inconsistencies between baristas. The low- makes it easier for baristas to tamp with a straight arm at 90 degrees to the counter. Evenly redistributes the grounds and provides a larger flat for the to apply even tamp pressure with the palm of their hand, helping with control and consistency. The height is adjustable with its screw mechanism (no grub screws, shims, or hex keys required) to accommodate different doses or baskets, and you can set the desired tamp depth for consistent tamp pressure every time. The coffee flattening dispensing tool is even suitable for those using very low doses or larger baskets, and can be adjusted to accommodate a range of doses based on specific roast styles.
