MAX2870 RF Signal Source Generator Module 23.5mhz-6000mhz High Stability with LCD Display for RF Te

MAX2870 ultra-wideband phase-locked loop (PLL) with integrated voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO), capable of operating in integer and fractional-N modes. The RF signal source module features an integrated 25 MHz 0.5 ppm high-precision TCXO, an internal VCo baseband output frequency range of 3-6 GHz, and baseband frequency division below 3 GHz. The RF signal source module is a frequency queue with a full touch screen, and the output frequency mode is point frequency. The RF signal source adopts a lead-free package, 5mm x 5mm, 32TQFN, and the operating temperature range is extended to 40°C to 85°C. PC control, output range: -4 - 5dBm, 4-level touch screen control.
