Gnocchi with quinoa from Probios made with potatoes and quinoa flour, guaranteed vegan, without milk, without eggs and gluten-free. They cook in minutes and can be stored outside the refrigerator. It is recommended to cook as follows: In a pot, pour the gnocchi in plenty of salted water and let it boil over low heat. Let it emerge, drain and season with your favorite sauce.
