GERANIUM Painters Palette \nOften called Meadow Cranesbill \nA charming and hardy cottage garden plant with deeply dissected, rather attractive green leaves. \nPainters Palette is a clump forming perennial with an upright growth habit. \nFrom late spring until late summer the whole plant is covered with sprays of blooms in an array of colours. \nVery eye-catching, the flowers of this wonderful Cranesbill range in colour from white to pink, blue to violet and white with blue splashes \nExtremely floriferous and rarely growing more than 40cm tall with a rather sprawling habit it makes very effective ground cover. \nBees, butterflies and other insects find Geranium Painters Palette very attractive and it is also disliked by rabbits. \nNot fussy about soil type but to give of its best water-logged sites should be avoided. \nExcellent at the front of a sunny border this vigorous geranium will also tolerate a partially shaded site and once established becomes almost drought resistant. \nNew and unusual variety of meadow cranesbill. \n All pictures used are of mature plants in bloom and are for illustration purposes only.
