See diagram for left ankle. (for right ankle, turn the support inside out) Wrap the strap around the ankle as shown in pictures 2 and 3 Attach the hook fastener. Adjust strap until fit is firm, yet comfortable Size: For right or left foot, measure around ankle for correct sizing. Small: 7-8ins 18-20. 5cm Medium: 8-9ins 20. 5-23cm Large: 9-10ins 23-25. 5cm Care: Close strap prior to washing. Hand wash with mild soap in warm (not hot) water. Rinse well and air dry.
