It is frost proof, UVA resistant and hand-painted using lead-free products - meaning you can leave it outside all year around and the paintwork will not fade or flake in extreme temperatures and the product will not be adversely affected by frost.  This design is also available in glorious full colour. They contain a specially designed cone shaped silicone insert to ensure they fit most cane or stake sizes (from small indoor orchid supports to large outdoor bamboo canes) and help the Cane Companion to stay in place during very windy weather. They also help prevent clothes from getting snagged on canes or stakes whilst gardening and make for a wonderful unique and decorative garden ornament in their own right. Beatrix Potter Cane Companions are official globally licensed products, courtesy of the publishing company Penguin Random House Limited who own the licence.
