This ZK-SMC01 stepper motor driver and controller board operates on a wide DC 5–30V power supply and supports single-axis stepper motor control. It features an integrated LCD display and offers four operational modes: automatic, manual, setting, and serial port (TTL-level PLC-compatible) control. The unit uses common cathode motor signal logic and retains all user settings after power loss due to non-volatile memory storage. Key specifications include programmable pulse speed from 0.1 to 999 laps per minute, forward/reverse pulse count up to 9999 pulses, adjustable acceleration/deceleration profiles, cycle count up to 9999, delay time range of 0.0–999.9 seconds, and support for up to 128 programmable segments. Built with a durable plastic housing, it functions reliably in ambient temperatures from -5°C to 60°C (non-condensing) and includes reverse polarity protection on the input power terminals. Designed for standalone or system-integrated use, this controller is suitable for general industrial automation applications — including CNC accessories, conveyor indexing, lab equipment positioning, and custom motion systems — but is not certified or intended for medical, fire safety, or life-critical applications.
