Lamberts Methyl B Complex is an advanced B-complex supplement that includes folate as methylfolate, vitamin B6 as Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate (P5P), and vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin. It provides methylfolate (or 5-MTHF), the active form of folate, ready for use by the body. Folate is the natural form of folic acid found in foods such as green leafy vegetables. Vitamin B6 is present in Lamberts Methyl B Complex as Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate (P5P), which is the active form of vitamin B6. Vitamin B12 is also included as methylcobalamin, a form of superior absorption. Methyl B Complex also incorporates all the other B vitamins, plus inositol and choline. It is also a yeast-free formula and suitable for vegetarians and vegans. The B vitamins in Lamberts Methyl B Complex support the normal functioning of the immune system and normal psychological function. They also reduce tiredness and fatigue. It is recommended to take 1 tablet daily with a meal. Prolonged intake of this amount of vitamin B6 may cause slight tingling or numbness in the extremities. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of young children.
