12mm Graphite Ceramic Pump Seal

This single-spring mechanical seal is configured for 12mm shafts and built to standard flat gasket dimensions. Its sealing faces consist of a ceramic stationary ring and graphite-impregnated carbon rotary ring, delivering low-friction, self-lubricating performance in clean water environments. The secondary seal uses either NBR or FKM depending on thermal requirements, while the spring is made from corrosion-resistant stainless steel. It operates safely from -20°C to +100°C, supports pressures up to 0.5 MPa, and handles shaft speeds up to 5 m/s. Commonly used in domestic hot water circulation pumps, small-scale HVAC systems, and clean water transfer units.
